Chef Express was founded in March of 2015 by Mr.  Terence Locke in Chattanooga, TN. The young chef established his catering business with the purpose of fulfilling the public’s desire for quality food and excellent customer service. But not only did Mr. Locke want to offer great food, and he also had a desire to impact the community. Terence is the director/operator of the company’s program “ Pots and Tots”. The program teaches children ages 8 – 12 home economics while implementing reading,  writing, and math.
